A: The Sushi King Fun Club is a loyalty and reward program for our fellow Sushi King fans in Malaysia.

Q: Who can become join the Sushi King Fun Club?
A: Any user above the age of 18, living in Malaysia can become a member.

Q: How does the Sushi King Fun Club work? What do I need to do to participate?
A: It’s easy peasy!
  • Take part in our missions.
  • Earn points for completing missions.
  • Use your points to redeem rewards.
Q: What are Missions?
A: Missions are simple and fun activities. There are 2 types of missions; "Bite-sized" and "Big Missions".

"Bite-sized Missions" are very easy and take less than 2-3 minutes to do. Points are rewarded immediately after your response.

"Big Missions" require you to do a little bit more but you get more points.

Big missions would be activities like giving us your feedback, sharing a photo with your friends or sending us a video with your review or opinion on some of our brand/product/services.

Big Mission points are rewarded after we validate your submissions. If your submissions do not adhere to the criteria outlined, it will be rejected and you will not be awarded with points.

You are allowed to re-submit your Big Mission if it has been previously rejected, however it is still subjected to validation by our team.

Q: Will I keep getting new missions all the time?
A: Once you sign up, you will get to access missions.

Q: Do I need to participate in all the missions?
A: There is no pressure to complete all missions. However the more missions you complete, the more points you earn, and the more fun you will have with Sushi King. It’s also a way to get to know us better and engage with us.


Q: What can I do with the points I have earned from missions?
A: You can use your points to redeem rewards with the platform.

Q: How do I know which rewards are available?
A: You can always check out the rewards available in the rewards page after you login.

Q: How do I keep track of my points?
A: After logging in, click on "Points History". You will see a record of all the points you have earned and redeemed.

Q: Can I transfer my points to other members on Sushi King Fun Club?
A: No. Points are not transferrable.

Q: I want to redeem a reward but it is out-of-stock. Will out-of-stock rewards be re-stocked?
A: We cannot promise you that rewards will be re-stocked. However, we will have new rewards up periodically.


Q: How do I change my password?
A: After logging in, click the "User Settings" then click on "Change Password". You may change your password in the page.

Q: How do I sign in, if I created an account via Facebook?
A: If you have signed up via your Facebook account, you can only log in to your account by clicking the "Connect with Facebook" button.

Q: What do you do with the information I provide to you?
A: All personal data is kept strictly confidential.

Sushi King does not sell, share or trade personal information collected online with third parties.

When you create an account the personal information we collect may include the following:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • IC number

The personal information we collect from you will be used in some or all of the following ways:
  • To deliver your rewards
  • To update you on the delivery of your rewards
  • To provide you with information on the Sushi King Fun Club and marketing material.
  • To solicit feedback on how to make the Sushi King Fun Club more fun and engaging for you.

We may pass your name and address on to a third party in order to make delivery of the product to you (for example, to our courier service or supplier).

Q: Why do you need my address and mobile phone number?
A: To facilitate courier service in the event we need to courier marketing material and/or rewards to you. We will also be in contact with you time to time to gather feedback on Sushi King Fun Club so that we can constantly improve to make the program more fun for you.
